Kate Moss is NOT back with her lover

SUPERMODEL Kate Moss threw a lavish New Year's Eve party for her nearest and dearest—and left former lover Jefferson Hack OFF the guest list.

Friends fear the festive snub could be the final humiliation for Hack, who is dad to Kate's two-year-old daughter Lila Grace.

And they confirmed that although the couple spent Christmas Day together, they are definitely not an item.

Reunited

The pal confided: "Kate and Jefferson are not together. They're still on speaking terms for the sake of Lila Grace, but there's no other relationship.

"He is no longer part of her social scene. She still wants Jefferson to be part of her daughter's life...just not hers."

Some had thought the couple were about to be reunited after they spent Christmas Day together in the Cotswolds.

But the model—who has been linked to a string of men this year—agreed to spend the festive season with her ex for the sake of their daughter.

"Christmas was lovely," the pal admitted. "Lila Grace was showered with gifts and the pair did their best to make it a real family Christmas.

"But it was all for Lila. Kate and Jefferson are NOTseeing each other any more."

And as if to confirm the fact, this week it was business as usual for the party-loving model who flew to Scotland to see in 2005 with 36 pals.

During New Year's Eve day the friends made a trip to Edinburgh, introducing little Lila to the fun of the fair.

But it was in the evening that things really started to spin thanks to Kate's £20,000 bash at Glen House in Innerleithen, Peeblesshire.

Among the VIPs invited were actor Rhys Ifans, TV's Davinia Taylor (above right with Kate), Primal Scream singer Bobby Gillespie, wife Katy and Supergrass drummer Danny Goffey.

And the Friday night do was as extravagant as the guest list with a sumptuous feast of asparagus soup, roast beef, sea bass, spaghetti and butterscotch crumble, washed down with bubbly and fine wine.

And unsurprisingly, tipsy Kate didn't appear to miss her ex one bit as the clocks struck 12.

The pal added: "Kate had a wild night. The castle was a great location for a party and there was dancing and drinking into the early hours."

Since splitting with Hack in 2003, Kate has been linked to film actor Daniel Craig, Jackass star Johnny Knoxville and Jack Nicholson among others.

But according to her pals, the model has vowed to stay single for the time being.
